Martyn Jaques has chosen to rework the original text to Le Tableau de l’Opération de la Taille - employing a dry English translation exploring the key question of anxiety and how it pervades the medical environment.

Martyn’s work with The Tiger Lillies explores a whole range of human situations, often looking at the seedy side of experience; in Fear he takes a fresh and incisive look at the issues raised in the Marais text and the patient experience - no less relevant today than in Marais’s time.
